The daily prescribed limit of pilgrims for visiting Chardhams has ended, in line with the instructions of CM Dhami, Garhwal Commissioner / Chairman, Chardham Yatra Administration took the decision
On the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, the Garhwal Commissioner / Chairman, Chardham Yatra Administration has decided to abolish the limit set for the darshan of the four Dhams in Rishikesh and Haridwar in view of the convenience of the passengers.
Garhwal Commissioner / Chairman, Chardham Yatra Administration Vinay Shankar Pandey has informed that at present, in view of the crowd being normal in all the four Dhams, it has been decided in the public interest as per the instructions of the Chief Minister that for the convenience of the passengers, the quota which was fixed for the darshan of the four Dhams in Rishikesh and Haridwar has been abolished, now the passengers can go on their journey easily by physically appearing in the registration counter of Rishikesh and Haridwar and getting direct registration of all the four Dhams / two Dhams or any Dham. This order will come into effect with immediate effect for the convenience of the passengers coming to the four Dhams.
