After this forest fire accident, CM Dhami held a high-level meeting with the Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary and Chief Conservator of Forests (HOFF). In which CM Dhami gave instructions to immediately control the forest fire in Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary. For this, CM Dhami also talked about taking the help of the Air Force.
CM Dhami said that the way helicopters and other necessary resources were used to control forest fire incidents in the past, the forest fire in Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary should also be controlled in the same way. CM Dhami has given instructions to spray water in the affected forest area and control the fire as soon as possible.
Let us tell you that the fire was seen in Almora Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary today. Four forest department employees died due to forest fire here. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has expressed grief over this incident. At the same time, CM Pushkar Dhami has also announced financial assistance of ten lakh rupees to the families of the deceased. At the same time, four other forest workers injured in this incident are being airlifted to Higher Center Haldwani.
