No blood loss and faster recovery, robots are becoming a better option for heart surgery

Open heart surgery is done to replace the heart valve. The chest bone is cut, there is blood loss, one has to stay in the hospital for several days, recovery takes time. But when the same surgery is done with the help of a robot, then neither the chest bone has to be cut, nor there is blood loss, recovery is better and faster. This is the claim of the surgeon who does the surgery with the robot. He even says that its success rate is up to 98 percent. In such a situation, it is becoming a new and better option for heart surgery.

The valve was replaced with the help of a robot. Both were discharged from the hospital on the third day and are healthy now.
