Uttar Pradesh: Allegation of attack on Naib Tehsildar, case filed against 80 unknown people including BJP leader

In Uttar Pradesh, a case has been registered in Kotwali Swar against 70 to 80 people including Maswasi Nagar Panchayat President and BJP leader Dinesh Goyal of Rampur. Serious allegations like assaulting the Naib Tehsildar, attacking with the intent to kill have been leveled against these people. The FIR has been lodged by the Naib Tehsildar himself.
The case is from Maswasi area of Swar. Both the legs of the e-rickshaw driver were crushed due to the collision of a dumper. After this incident, Maswasi Nagar Panchayat President Dinesh Goyal and his supporters created a ruckus and blocked the main road. On getting the information, Swar Kotwal and Maswasi Chowki Incharge reached the spot with the force and the administrative officer Naib Tehsildar also reached the spot and tried to control the situation. Meanwhile, the Naib Tehsildar clashed with BJP leader and Nagar Panchayat President Dinesh Goyal.
‘Dirty abuses…‘
It is alleged that the Nagar Panchayat President abused the Naib Tehsildar. Along with this, they attacked him with the intention of killing him by grabbing his collar. The police present on the spot somehow rescued Naib Tehsildar Manvendra Singh from their clutches, after which his life could be saved.
Naib Tehsildar Manvendra Singh lodged a complaint by giving a written complaint in Kotwali Swar. He alleged that Nagar Panchayat President Dinesh Goyal of Maswasi abused his mother and many people came to kill him by grabbing his collar with the intention of killing him. In this case, Kotwali Swar police has registered a report against Nagar Panchayat President Dinesh Goyal and 70 to 80 unknown people under sections 147, 149, 504, 307, 332 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and has started investigation.
