The passengers who were going to cherish the memories got a lifetime of pain. The tempo traveler had left from Delhi at night with 26 passengers. This tempo traveler fell into the Alaknanda river near Raitoli on the Badrinath Highway, five kilometers ahead of Rudraprayag city. The cause of the accident is being told to be the driver dozing off. Probably the vehicle was also moving at a high speed, which broke the parapet and fell 250 meters down.
There were 26 people in the vehicle, including three drivers. Seven injured were taken to AIIMS by helicopter. Others were admitted to the hospital.
The accident that happened in Rudraprayag district gave a lifetime of pain to the passengers and their families. As soon as the vehicle fell, there was screaming among the passengers. Passengers kept screaming for help.
As soon as the news of the accident was received, the police administration, District Disaster Management, DDRF and other teams are doing rescue work on the spot. It is being told that three people working on the railway line here jumped to save, one of whom died.
Many passengers lost their family members and companions in this journey. Many passengers are seriously injured. Who have been airlifted. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that very painful news of the Tempo Traveler accident was received. Local administration and SDRF teams are engaged in relief and rescue operations. The injured have been sent to the nearest medical center for treatment. The District Magistrate has been ordered to investigate the incident.
