Uttarakhand: Sunday full of accidents, after Kulhad Band, now an accident on Khirsu-Kathuli motor road, four dead

Road accidents in Pauri are not stopping. After Kulhad Band of Kotdwar, now news of an accident is coming from Khirsu Kathuli motor road. Four people including two children have died in the accident.

Accident on Khirsu-Kathuli motor road

The accident happened on Sunday morning. 4 people including 2 children are reported to be injured after a car crashed on Khirsu-Kathuli motor road. This motor road is a link motor road which connects Kathuli village to Srinagar. According to the information received, this car was going from Khirsu to Kathuli village.

Four people including two children died in the accident

There is a possibility of some more people getting injured in this incident. On receiving the information of the incident, the rescue team has left for the spot. It is being told that there were 7 people in the vehicle. Four died on the spot in the accident. While two injured have been taken to the hospital for treatment and one person has suffered minor scratches.

Health Minister expressed grief over the accident

Regional MLA and Health Minister of Uttarakhand Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat has expressed grief over the incident. Dhan Singh Rawat said that the sad news of a car falling into a ditch on the Kathuli motor road of Khirsu development block of Pauri was received. As soon as the matter came to my notice, I have instructed DM Pauri, SDM Srinagar and CMO to immediately start relief and rescue work at the accident site. Relief and rescue work has been started by the local people and the administration. If necessary, the injured will be airlifted for treatment.
