UGC-NET 2024 exam has been canceled

More than 11 lakh candidates had filled the NET form
Let us tell you that more than 11 lakh candidates had filled the UGC NET form. The exam was held on June 18, but the National Cyber Crime Threat Analytics Division (NCTAU) started its investigation after receiving several complaints of discrepancies in the exam. The investigation revealed that discussions were going on about the question paper and solved paper of UGC NET on the online chat forum of educational institutions. After this, it was decided to cancel the NET exam.
Rigging also came to the fore in NEET exam
The Undergraduate Medical Entrance Exam i.e. NEET UG 2024 exam was conducted on May 5 at more than 4000 examination centers across the country. A petition was filed on June 1 for NEET paper leak even before the result was declared, after which questions were raised on the purity of the exam after 67 students were declared toppers in the NEET result. NTA had replied that grace marks were given to 1563 students as compensation for loss of time at 6 exam centers, due to which marks of more number of students increased and 67 got 720 out of 720 marks.
Preparation for re-NEET exam, exam on 23 June
However, after a lot of struggle, the Center told the Supreme Court that they have canceled the grace marks and given the option to those 1563 students to take re-exam or participate in NEET UG counseling without grace marks. Re-NEET exam will be held on 23 June and the result can be declared on 30 June, while NEET UG counseling will start from the scheduled 6 July. Supreme Court has refused to ban NEET counseling
