Anti paper leak law implemented in the country from today, provision of 10 years of punishment, know here

Anti paper leak law has come into force in the country from today. The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions has also issued its notification. This law was passed in the Parliament in February this year. After the implementation of this law, there is a provision of imprisonment up to 10 years and a fine of Rs 1 crore if found guilty of paper leak.

On the other hand, using unfair means in public examination can lead to a punishment of three to five years and a fine of up to Rs 10 lakh.

All these exams are under the purview of this law

Let us tell you that after the implementation of the law, competitive examinations conducted by UPSC, SSC, Railways, banking recruitment examinations and all computer based examinations conducted by National Examination Agency will be under its purview. There is a lot of controversy these days on the entrance examination for admission in medical. In fact, in the NEET exam held on May 5, surprising everyone, not one or two but 67 children have topped. At the same time, there was a lot of controversy after the paper leak in UGC NET. After continuous paper leaks in many examinations, the government on Friday implemented the Anti Paper Leak Law from today.
