A shocking case has come to light from Uttarakhand. Here a husband took his wife to Rajasthan on the pretext of taking her on her birthday and killed her there. After the complaint of the deceased’s family, the police have arrested two people including the husband in this case.
Wife murdered after taking her from Uttarakhand to Rajasthan
On the pretext of taking her to Khatu Shyam temple on her birthday, a husband first took his wife to Rajasthan and then shot her dead there. In this case, the woman’s brother lodged a report at Sojat City Police Station, District Pali, Rajasthan. The police registered a case against five people for murder by hatching a criminal conspiracy for dowry and then destroying evidence. After investigation, the police arrested accused Vishal and driver Munnu and took them to Rajasthan.
Taken to Rajasthan on the pretext of taking her on birthday
According to the information received, the accused Vishal took his wife Varsha to Rajasthan for a trip. Varsha’s birthday was on June 13. On this occasion, Vishal took Varsha to Khatu Shyam temple. For this he booked a car. On June 17, he returned home and said that Varsha has disappeared in Rajasthan. Her phone was also switched off and she was nowhere to be found.

When Vishal returned home alone and heard his words, the family started suspecting something untoward. Meanwhile, Rajasthan Police released a photo on social media to identify the deceased. From which the family identified her. The police told the family of the married woman that she was shot dead. After which her body was thrown on the roadside.
After which the family told the police that they are residents of village Udaipur police station Rehad in Bijnor. Nine years ago, they married their daughter Varsha to Vishal Kumar, a resident of Jaspur. Since the marriage, Vishal and his family were harassing Varsha for dowry. Along with this, information has also come to light about the accused husband having an illicit relationship with his sister-in-law. It is suspected that the wife came to know about this, so she was removed from the way. The police investigated the matter after which Vishal Kumar and the driver of the car have been arrested by the police.
