Uttarakhand / Nainital: DM came on the Haldwani roads before monsoon, instructed the officials to complete the work soon
The District Magistrate of Nainital inspected the disaster affected area and the work being done on the ground regarding the disaster in view of the monsoon. Along with this, on the slow pace of work, the officials were instructed to complete the work before the monsoon.
DM took stock of the construction work
In Haldwani, District Magistrate Vandana Singh inspected the construction work in the affected areas that were damaged due to rain in the disaster last year. The DM inspected the work being done from the disaster fund to control the damage caused by Kalsia and Raksiya drain of Haldwani and instructed the officials to complete all the work before the monsoon.
Instructions given to complete the work before monsoon
Apart from this, District Magistrate Vandana Singh also conducted a field inspection with the officials regarding road widening. In a conversation with the media, the DM said that all the departments and their construction agencies have been instructed to complete the work as soon as possible. So that there is no damage of any kind in the rain.
