A big update has come out in the Ravi Badola murder case of Dehradun. The High Court has currently banned action on the illegal construction of accused Sonu Bhardwaj. Let us tell you that the wife of accused Sonu Bhardwaj has filed a petition in the High Court. The next hearing on the case is to be held on June 24.

HC banned action on illegal construction of accused

Let us tell you that MDDA has given notice to Sonu Bhardwaj, accused of Ravi Badola’s murder, to remove encroachment. Accused Bhardwaj has built a house and dairy there by illegally occupying government property. The administration had sent a notice to the accused to remove the encroachment himself within three days. But now the High Court has currently banned the demolition action. Sonia, wife of accused both Bhardwaj, has filed a petition in the High Court. The next hearing of the case is to be held on June 24.

Case registered against Sonu Bhardwaj’s wife too

Dehradun Police has also registered a case against accused Sonu Bhardwaj’s wife Sonika. A woman from Dharampur has accused Sonia and her husband Bhardwaj of embezzling Rs 15 lakh and threatening to kill the family. The accused had lured a local woman with the promise of doubling the amount. The woman gave the money to the accused. But when she asked for the money back, the accused started threatening to kill the woman. The police have registered a case against Sonia and two other people.
