STF arrested UP MLA in NEET paper leak case

STF has arrested MLA Bediram in the NEET paper leak case. The surprising thing is that where he has been kept after his arrest. No one knows about this either. It is being told that he has been kept at some secret place. Where he will be questioned in this matter.

Bediram is a Subhaspa MLA

Let us tell you that many cases have been registered against Subhaspa MLA Bediram in Lucknow. It is being told that this action has been taken after Bediram’s name came up in the case of paper leak in NEET recruitment exam while he was a TTE in the Railways. Earlier in 2014, the then IG Sujit Pandey had also described Bediram as a copy mafia. He had recommended taking action under the Gangster Act in Lucknow. After this, he was arrested and sent to jail. Later the Railways dismissed him.

Disclosed in affidavit

Let us tell you that when Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party MLA Bediram filed an affidavit to contest the elections in February 2022. It was also disclosed in that that about 8 cases are registered against him in the police recruitment paper leak case. Whereas a total of 9 cases are registered against him. Out of which 8 cases are related to the paper leak case only. Simply put, many FIRs have also been registered against him in the paper leak case.

Property has also been confiscated

Many actions have been taken against MLA Bediram earlier as well. In 2014, when the STF took action under the Gangster Act, about 8 properties of Bediram were confiscated in Lucknow and Jaunpur. The police have also filed a charge sheet in about 8 cases of paper leak and charges have also been framed against him in the court.
