This FIR was lodged on 1 July 2024 at 12:24 pm in Hajira police station of Gwalior. Which has been registered under section 303 (2). This FIR has been lodged by Saurabh Narwaria, father Nagendra Singh Narwaria, a resident of Hajira police station area of ​​​​Gwalior.

Case was also registered in Delhi

Let us tell you that a case was registered under the new law in the national capital Delhi. According to the registered case, Sub Inspector Kartik Meena has lodged this complaint. It is being told that the sub-inspector was patrolling the area, when he reached near the deluxe toilet near the foot bridge of New Delhi Railway Station. Here a person was selling water, bidi and cigarettes on the public road by putting up his cart. Due to which people passing by were facing trouble. The sub-inspector asked to remove the cart but the cart owner told his helplessness. When he did not leave from there, the police personnel registered a case against the street vendor for encroaching on government land and causing trouble to the public. However, the case was later dismissed.

Case was also registered in Utarakhand

Vipul Bhardwaj told the police in the complaint that he was sitting near Ravidas Ghat at 1:45 pm. During this time two unknown persons came and threatened to kill me by showing a knife and snatched my mobile and Rs 1400 and pushed me towards the Ganges and fled. Police have registered a case against unknown accused in the matter.
