Uttarakhand: Police’s attack against drug abuse, a smuggler arrested with MDMA drugs, its price is said to be in lakhs

Action is going on under CM Dhami’s Uttarakhand Drugs-Free Devbhoomi campaign to prevent the increasing drug addiction in Uttarakhand. Police have arrested a smuggler with 7 grams of MDMA drugs from Nehru Colony area. The value of the recovered MDMA drugs is estimated to be Rs 7 lakh in the international market.

Smuggler arrested with 7 grams of MDMA drugs

The STF team’s attack against drugs continues. ANTF STF was keeping an eye on the drug smuggler for a long time. In this sequence, the STF team along with ANTF team (Anti Narcotics Task Force) arrested accused Kapil Dhyani (24) son of Subhash Chandra Dhyani resident Vijay Park Lane No. 11 from Nehru Colony area with 7 grams of MDMA drugs.

Names of other drug peddlers came to the fore

Accused Kapil told during interrogation that he had brought this party drug from Gurgaon. During interrogation, the STF team has also got information about other drug peddlers who used to supply MDMA drugs in late night parties in Dehradun. The STF team has prepared a list of all these peddlers and is preparing to take action.

Action continues under the Drugs-Free Devbhoomi campaign

Regarding the matter, SSP STF Ayush Aggarwal has appealed to the public to stay away from drugs. Do not indulge in drug trafficking under any kind of greed. The SSP said that strict action will be taken against those involved in drug trafficking. The STF will continue its action under the Drugs-Free Devbhoomi campaign.
