Ramji Sharan filed a petition, the government will present its side on July 31
PCS officer Ramji Sharan Sharma has filed a writ petition in the High Court. However, he has not got any relief from the court yet. The court has fixed July 31 for hearing in the case. During this time, the personnel department will give an affidavit in the court regarding the action taken against the PCS officer.
According to the information, the charge sheet has been handed over to the suspended PCS officer Ramji Sharan Sharma. Now the investigating officer has to submit a report on the matter after investigation. After Ramji Sharan Sharma went to court, this matter has become a bit complicated. A lot is going to depend on the upcoming hearing in the High Court.
District Election Officer Sonika’s complaint proved costly
District Election Officer Sonika had complained against Additional District Magistrate Ramji Sharan Sharma for negligence in duty and not following instructions during the Lok Sabha elections. After the complaint in the matter, after consideration, the matter was sent to the Election Commission of India, after which on the instructions of the Election Commission of India, the government issued instructions to suspend Additional District Magistrate Ramji Sharan Sharma.
PCS organization openly came in support of Ramji Sharan Sharma
After this action against suspended PCS officer Ramji Sharan Sharma, the PCS organization openly came in his support. For this, PCS officers also met Additional Chief Secretary Personnel Anand Vardhan. A request was also made to Chief Secretary Radha Raturi to withdraw the action. Actually this action has been taken on the instructions of the Election Commission of India, so it is not possible for the government to roll back on this. On the other hand, this action is being considered very harsh during the code of conduct on the instructions of the Election Commission of India. This is also because now the investigation report of this entire case will also be sent to the Election Commission of India. After coming to the notice of the Commission, any decision on this will be taken only in the order of instructions.
