Prime Minister Narendra Modi responded to the discussion on the President’s address in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday (July 2). During this, when PM Modi was taking a dig at the Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and SP supremo Akhilesh Yadav in his speech, Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav did something that caught everyone’s attention.

Actually, when PM Modi was giving his speech in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi and SP supremo Akhilesh Yadav, sitting in the opposition camp, were smiling after listening to his speech. PM Modi narrated an anecdote while taking a dig at Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav. In which Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “…when this childish intellect is completely in control, then he starts hugging someone even in the House. When this childish intellect loses its limits, then he sits inside the House and winks.” There was a lot of laughter in the Parliament premises.

PM Modi narrated another anecdote in which he told that a child came from school and started crying loudly. In such a situation, his mother also got scared, then he started saying, mother, you beat me in school. The child said, “Mother, today he hit me and this one hit me…” and started crying loudly. The mother got worried. But the child was not telling that today in school the child had abused the mother of another child. He did not tell that he had torn the books of a child.

PM Modi further said that he did not tell that he had called the teacher a thief. He did not tell that he had stolen someone’s tiffin and eaten it. Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav sitting in the House were smiling at this speech of PM Modi.

Children are being entertained- PM Modi

During this, PM Modi fiercely attacked Rahul Gandhi’s speech. He mentioned the performance of Congress in the Lok Sabha elections. He narrated two stories. PM said, “A small child went out with a bicycle. He fell down, started crying, then some elder comes and says look the ant is dead, the bird is dead. By saying this, the elders entertain the child. Nowadays the work of entertaining the child is going on.”
