Uttarakhand: Each department will be reviewed separately regarding the announcements made by CM Dhami – Chief Secretary

Chief Secretary Mrs. Radha Raturi has made it clear to all the departmental secretaries in strong words that soon a separate review of each department will be done in relation to the announcements of the Hon’ble Chief Minister. Detailed and in-depth review of only one department will be done in a day in relation to the announcements of the Hon’ble Chief Minister. CS has given strict instructions to all the departments to keep all their preparations in this regard on time. She has strictly instructed not to make any kind of delay, negligence or incomplete preparation in this matter. She has also given instructions to upload the entire data regarding the implementation of the announcements of the Hon’ble Chief Minister on the CM portal on time and complete the process of the announcements to be transferred as soon as possible. CS Mrs. Radha Raturi has given instructions to take the implementation of the announcements of the Hon’ble Chief Minister with top priority and seriousness.

Chief Secretary Mrs. Radha Raturi, while reviewing the progress of 174 announcements related to the Champawat Assembly of Hon’ble Chief Minister in the Secretariat on Tuesday, has directed the District Magistrate Champawat to regularly review the announcements of Hon’ble Chief Minister. CS said that the District Magistrate should immediately clarify by when the works of the announcements of Hon’ble Chief Minister will be completed. While strictly instructing the officers to come to the meetings with full preparation, the Chief Secretary said that out of the total 174 announcements made by Hon’ble Chief Minister for the Champawat Assembly, 111 have been completed. Action on 47 announcements is in progress. He has directed to take prompt action on 16 incomplete announcements.

Principal Secretary Mr. Ramesh Kumar Sudhanshu, Secretary Mrs. Radhika Jha, Mr. Shailesh Bagauli, Mr. SN Pandey, officials of the concerned departments and District Magistrate Champawat were present in the meeting through virtual medium.
