A shocking case has come to light from Udham Singh Nagar. Here a person who was dead ten years ago turned out to be alive. Actually this person was not an ordinary person but an accused. To remove the criminal case from himself, he hatched such a conspiracy that the police could not find out for ten years.

In Sitarganj, an accused hatched such a conspiracy to escape punishment and to remove the criminal case registered against him that when it was revealed, everyone was shocked. The notorious criminal first killed his partner 10 years ago. Then by giving his identity to him, he showed himself dead and also got the death certificate. But now the police has revealed this murder after ten years and arrested the accused.

Revealing this case, SSP Manjunath TC said that ten years ago, notorious criminal Mukesh Yadav of Moradabad along with his family members hatched a plan to show himself dead. He did this to get the criminal cases registered against him closed.
The accused killed a youth Maninder alias Mani of his own village. After which he crushed the mouth of the dead body badly. So that he could not be identified. Then he gave his identity to the dead body and got the Panchnama of the dead body done in his name along with the family members. The accused’s brother Dharampal helped his brother in this and got the death certificate of the accused made from Nagar Palika Sitarganj.

The police had formed a team to reveal this case and to arrest the notorious criminal. The police had received information that Mukesh was living in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh by changing his name to escape from the police. After which the police started a raid to arrest him. The team also achieved success in this and arrested Mukesh Yadav and his brother Dharampal from Lalkuan.
