According to the information received, Gurdeep Gulati (57), a resident of Haldwani Awas Vikas, has a tyre shop at Tikonia. On Monday, his health suddenly deteriorated. After which he brought medicine from a nearby private doctor. But as he did not get relief from the medicine, he went alone to STH to get himself examined. Here he was waiting for his turn to get himself examined outside the OPD. But he died there itself.

When the death was confirmed in the investigation, the doctors informed the police about the incident. The police reached the spot but the post-mortem could not be done due to the businessman not being identified. The body was identified by late evening. After which the family members were informed about the incident. After the post-mortem of the body on Tuesday, the body has been handed over to the family members. After this incident, there has been chaos among the family members.
