PM Modi presented the blueprint of development in Rajya Sabha, what is going to happen in 5 years?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday spoke about the Indian economy during the motion of thanks on the President’s address in the Rajya Sabha. He said that our resolve is to make India a developed nation and the target is to become a top-3 economy. Along with this, he said that these 5 years are going to prove decisive in the fight against poverty in the country.

We will come in the top-3 economies of the world

We have succeeded in taking the Indian economy from number 10 to number five in the list of top economies of the world. However, challenges necessarily increase with reaching the top, but despite the Corona epidemic and all the global tensions, we have succeeded in bringing it to this position. This time the people of the country have given us a mandate to make the economy from number 5 to number three. With the mandate we have received, we will make India one of the top-3 economies of the world.

We will further increase the pace of what we have done in the last 10 years and fulfill the determined resolution. When the country becomes the third largest economy in the world, its impact will be felt in every sphere of life. Along with positive impact on every level of India, unprecedented impact will be seen in the global environment. In the coming times, tier-2 and tier-3 cities will also play the role of growth engines.

Will win the battle against poverty

The Prime Minister further said that the coming five years are of a decisive battle against poverty. I believe that when the poor stand up against poverty with strength, then this battle achieves success. Based on the experience of the last 10 years, I can say that this country will be victorious in the battle against poverty. He said that new startups and new companies will expand during this tenure. Apart from this, there is going to be a rapid change in public transport and we are seriously moving forward in the direction of getting the benefit of it to maximum number of people of India.

Welfare of farmers at the center of the government

During this, PM Modi said that Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas is our basic mantra. We have worked for the farmers and small farmers have continuously benefited. He said that due to the expansion of Kisan Credit Card, we saw farmer welfare in a comprehensive form. Targeting the opposition, the Prime Minister said that during the tenure of Congress, only the work of misleading the farmers was done. Once a lot of noise was made about the loan waiver of 60000 crores and the assumption was that small poor farmers were not included in this loan waiver. No benefit reached them. But farmer welfare is at the center of our government.

Giving an example, PM Narendra Modi said that PM Kisan Samman Yojana was run and 10 crore farmers have benefited from it. In six years from today, we have given Rs 3 lakh crore to the farmers. When the Prime Minister was speaking in the Rajya Sabha, the opposition started walking out creating a ruckus. On this, PM Modi said that the country is seeing that those who spread lies do not even have the strength to listen to the truth.
