A young man from Moradabad first befriended a married woman on Instagram. This friendship gradually turned into love. The accused raped the woman by luring her with marriage. The accused also took obscene pictures of the woman. When the woman talked to the accused about marriage, he refused. He started threatening the woman to make the obscene pictures viral.

According to the information received, a woman from Ramnagar has told in a complaint in the police station that a year ago she became friends with Abdul Samad resident of Peer Ka Bazaar, Street No. 2, Karula Moradabad on Instagram. Both of them started talking. Then the accused started coming to Ramnagar to meet her and both of them fell in love.

Raped the woman by luring her with marriage

After coming to Ramnagar, the accused raped the woman by luring her with marriage. Along with this, he also took obscene photos of the woman. When the woman put pressure on the accused to marry her, he refused. He threatened to make her obscene pictures viral and kill her. In this case, the police have registered a case against the accused under sections 376, 504.
