Valley bridge connecting China and Nepal border is in danger, security wall collapsed due to heavy rain

The valley bridge located in strategically important Pithoragarh district and connecting the China and Nepal border is in danger. Due to continuous heavy rains, the security wall built for the protection of the bridge has also collapsed. If steps are not taken for its safety soon, then the connection with the China and Nepal border will be completely cut off.

Due to heavy rains, the security wall of the valley bridge has collapsed. Due to the collapse of the security wall, the bridge connecting Napalchu and Gunji has come in danger.

The soldiers will face problems due to the damage of the valley bridge
If the valley bridge is damaged, then the villagers of Gunji, Nabhi, Rongkang and Kuti including Adi Kailash, Om Parvat may have to face problems. Along with this, Indian Army, ITBP and SSB soldiers posted on the China border and Nepal border may face problems. However, BRO has started the work of repairing the valley bridge.
