Harish Rawat also accused the police-administration including BJP and said that Bhadana has bought the whole of Uttarakhand. Due to which BJP workers in Liberheri openly indulged in hooliganism and did not allow the people of Muslim community to vote. Along with this, they were beaten up. He was going to Liberheri regarding this matter but the police administration stopped him before he could reach there.
