Uttarakhand: Tragic accident in Unnao, double decker bus collides with tanker, 18 dead bodies on the road, 20 seriously injured

A horrific road accident took place on Wednesday morning on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway in Unnao district of Uttar Pradesh. A double-decker bus collided with a tanker. After which the bus overturned several times on the highway. 18 passengers lost their lives in the tragic accident, while more than 19 passengers were injured. The injured have been admitted to the hospital. The police have taken the bodies into custody and started investigation.

It is being told that the double-decker bus was going from Shivgarh in Bihar to the capital Delhi. As soon as the sleeper bus reached the airstrip in Behta Mujawar police station area on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway, it collided with a tanker full of milk. The collision was so strong that the bus was shattered. There was a pile of dead bodies at the place where the accident took place. Everyone was terrified to see the dead bodies on the road. It is being told that 18 passengers, including a child and women, died in the accident. While 20 passengers were seriously injured. Police reached the spot and took the injured to the hospital. The deceased have been identified.
The bus was moving at a high speed
Initial investigation has revealed that the bus was moving at a high speed. Eyewitnesses said that the sleeper bus lost control and collided with a tanker, causing this tragic accident. It is being said that there were about 57 passengers in a private bus going to Delhi. 18 people died and 19 were injured when the bus collided with a milk container at 5:15 am, while about 20 people are safe and are being sent to Delhi.
