Even after getting interim bail, many restrictions were imposed on Kejriwal, Supreme Court put a ban on these things

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has got a big relief from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the alleged liquor scam case. While granting bail to CM Kejriwal, the court has also imposed some conditions on him. The Supreme Court said that Arvind Kejriwal will not go to the Chief Minister’s Office and Delhi Secretariat during the period of interim release.

Cannot sign any file

The Supreme Court said that Kejriwal will have to fill a bail bond of Rs 50,000 and will have to give a security of the same amount. Along with this, Arvind Kejriwal cannot sign any file unless it is necessary to do so to get approval from the LG.

The scam file should stay away from the CM

Granting interim bail to Kejriwal, the Supreme Court said that he will not make any comment or statement regarding his role in the current case. He will not talk to any witness. Any official file related to the alleged liquor scam case should also be kept out of the reach of the CM.

Interim bail can be withdrawn anytime

The court also said that interim bail can be extended or withdrawn by a larger bench. The Supreme Court has imposed all these restrictions on Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal.

CM gets a setback from Rouse Avenue Court

However, after getting interim bail from the Supreme Court, Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has extended the judicial custody of CM Arvind Kejriwal in the CBI case till July 25. It is clear from this that Arvind Kejriwal is not going to come out of jail soon.
