A shocking incident has taken place in Thane district. A young woman who came to the temple to seek peace of mind was given bhang by the temple priests and then molested. The priest did not stop at this, he also brutally murdered the girl. This incident has created a sensation. Police have arrested a priest in this case.

What exactly is the event?
Due to a domestic dispute, a married young woman came to Sheel Phata Ganesh Ghol temple near Daighar for peace of mind. As the chief priest of the temple Balak Maharaj went to his village in Uttar Pradesh, Ganesh Ghol called three priests Shyamsunder Sharma, Santosh Kumar Mishra and Rajkumar Pande from the village to take care of the temple for a few days. The victim is a resident of Belapur. She came to Ganesh Ghol Mandir on Shil Phata Road around 10 am on July 6 as there was a family dispute going on at home.

As this woman sat in the same temple for the whole day, the temple priests gave her lunch. After that, while serving the evening tea, hemp pills were mixed in this tea.  After drinking tea, the woman passed out. After that, this lady stayed in this temple all night. During the night, three priests of the temple namely Shyamsunder Sharma, Santosh Kumar Mishra and Rajkumar Pandey took turns raping her. After waking up in the morning, the woman realized this and started screaming.

Brutal murder of a woman
As the woman was screaming, fearing that her Bing would burst, the priests beat her and hit her on the ground, in which the woman died on the spot. After that, they threw the body of the woman in the forest beside the temple. Two days later, a devotee who went to the temple saw the dead body of a woman lying in the forest on the hill. He immediately informed the police. Police reached the spot and started investigation. After checking the CCTV in the area, the police suspected the priest of Ganesh Ghol temple. When the priests were interrogated, they confessed to the incident. Police arrested both Santosh Kumar Mishra and Rajkumar Pandey.

But the third accused Shyamsunder Sharma absconded from there. Shifting their lines, the police arrested Sharma from Chita Camp area in Trombay.    All three accused Shyamsunder Sharma, Santosh Kumar Mishra, Rajkumar Pandey have been arrested.  This very shocking incident has taken place in the Ganesh Ghol area, which is one of the famous areas of Thane Kalyan Dombivli and all over Thane.
