Supreme Court refuses to hear plea on Hathras stampede, know why?

Recently, 120 people lost their lives in a stampede at a satsang in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. Most of the dead were women and children. After which a PIL was filed in the Supreme Court regarding this stampede. However, the Supreme Court on Friday refused to hear this petition related to the Hathras stampede. The court has asked the petitioner to approach the High Court.
