FIR filed against Dhruv Rathi, for giving controversial statement on Om Birla’s daughter

YouTuber Dhruv Rathi is once again in the news. Maharashtra Police has registered an FIR against him. Dhruv is accused of posting on social media about Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla’s daughter Anjali clearing UPSC. An FIR has been registered against him for this post. In this case, a case has been registered against Dhruv Rathi under sections of the Indian Justice Code for defamation, tarnishing the country’s image at the international level, breach of peace and IT.
Anjali’s cousin registered the case
Let us tell you that Anjali’s cousin Naman Maheshwari has filed a case against Dhruv Rathi. In his complaint, he said that in 2019, Anjali cleared UPSC in the first attempt. Despite this, Dhruv Rathi not only defamed Anjali internationally in the country but also used Anjali’s photo without permission.

Dhruv Rathi wrote in a post on social media platform X that India is the only country where you can pass UPSC without appearing in the exam. She is a model by profession, Modi government is making fun of our education system.
