Uttarakhand: BJP state working committee meeting today, will discuss the defeat in by-elections and strategy for civic elections

After the Lok Sabha elections, today will be the first meeting of the BJP State Working Committee. In which the defeat in the Badrinath and Mangalore assembly by-elections and the strategy for the upcoming civic elections will be discussed. Apart from this, three political proposals will also be discussed in the meeting.

In the state working committee meeting to be held today at the Graphic Era University campus, Cabinet Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, State In-charge Dushyant Gautam, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Union Minister of State Ajay Tamta, Co-In-charge Rekha Verma, State President Mahendra Bhatt, State General Secretary Organization Ajay Kumar, including party ministers and MLAs will be specially present. Apart from this, 1350 officials from the state to the divisional level will participate in the meeting. The meeting will also discuss the organizational election process starting from the end of July.

After the Lok Sabha elections, the BJP State Working Committee meeting is being held. Along with reviewing the defeat in the by-elections, the strategy for the upcoming civic elections will be discussed. Three political proposals will be discussed in the meeting. In which there will be discussion on the three-year tenure of Chief Minister Dhami and the development works of the state government, civic elections and the vote of thanks to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for winning five seats in the Lok Sabha.

Booths with good results will be honored

In the meeting, apart from thanking the party officials and workers for the spectacular victory on five seats in the state in the Lok Sabha elections, there will be a detailed discussion on their election experiences. The workers of the booths where the party performed well will be honored. Also, during the discussion, whatever suggestions will come up in the working committee regarding elections, organizational process and public welfare, they will be incorporated in making future strategy.

Organizational election process will be discussed

In the state working committee, there will be a discussion on starting the organizational election process along with the preparation for civic and panchayat elections. Membership campaign for organization elections will start from the end of this month. After this, elections of booth committees, divisional president, district president will be held. The election process of the state president will be completed by the month of November.
