Uttarakhand: The body of the soldier was found after seven days, there was chaos among the family members
On July 9, soldier Himanshu Dafotia drowned while bathing near Bameta on Padmapuri Marg in Bhimtal. Himanshu was searched a lot but he could not be found. Now after seven days, Himanshu’s body has been recovered from the rocks in the river. After which the family members are crying.
Soldier’s body found after seven days
Soldier Himanshu Dafotia had gone to bathe with his friends on July 9 near Bameta on Padmapuri Marg in Bhimtal of Nainital district. During this, he drowned while bathing. Since then, rescue was being done continuously to search for Himanshu. On Monday, the NDRF and SDRF team have recovered Himanshu’s body.

Due to rain, the flow of water was high. After the water level decreased, Himanshu’s body was taken out from between the rocks. Himanshu’s body was stuck between the rocks. After finding the dead body, the family members are crying inconsolably. There is mourning in the family. Himanshu had come home on leave.
