Uttarakhand: Dhami government is serious about cleanliness and dengue-malaria during monsoon period, instructions given to all Municipal Commissioners and Executive Officers to send the report to the Directorate
Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami is very serious about cleanliness and prevention of diseases like dengue-malaria during the monsoon season. On the instructions of the Chief Minister, the Urban Development Director has directed all the Municipal Commissioners and Executive Officers of the state to visit their areas twice a day and provide the report to the Directorate.
There is a risk of water-borne diseases including dengue-malaria during the monsoon season. Recently, the Chief Minister had held a meeting in this regard and issued necessary instructions for water logging, cleanliness and prevention of diseases like dengue, malaria etc.
In the same sequence, Urban Development Director Nitin Singh Bhadauria has issued a letter to all the Municipal Commissioners and Executive Officers and directed them to visit the body area twice a day and provide the compliance report to the Directorate, taking effective measures and monitoring in this regard as per the expectations of the Chief Minister.
