22 proposals approved in Uttarakhand cabinet meeting, big decision on farmer loan waiver, know the big decisions

A cabinet meeting was held in the secretariat under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. Before the start of the cabinet meeting, all the cabinet ministers including the Chief Minister paid tribute to Kedarnath MLA Shailarani Rawat by observing silence on her sudden demise. Also, tribute was paid to the five soldiers who were martyred on July 8. At the same time, during the cabinet meeting, the cabinet approved 22 proposals related to all the departments.
These proposals were approved in the Dhami cabinet
- It was estimated to give house allowance to the employees of the Industrial Development Department on the basis of 7th Pay Commission.
- Stamp duty was waived on farmer loans up to Rs 5 lakh.
- Amendment was made in the Stamp Amendment Rules.
- A committee has been formed under the chairmanship of Secretary Planning for externally funded schemes. In such a situation, a committee under the chairmanship of Secretary Planning will examine the deviation of more than Rs 5 crore.
- Class IV personnel of the administration will get the benefit of old service.
- Approval of Uttarakhand Caste Based Policy under Forest Department.
- Approval of Annual Report of Forest Development Corporation.
- Approval of Uttarakhand Telecom Gazetted Rules.
- Medical college students will now be able to do practicals on unclaimed bodies. Cabinet approves.
- Direct recruitment will be done on 240-240 vacant posts of Medical College Pithoragarh and Haridwar.
- Rates of all government hospitals under Medical Health Department have been revised. Cabinet has agreed.
- 25 posts have been approved for the operation of Vidya Samiksha Kendra.
- Earlier two independent companies of NCC were running in Champawat, which were suspended, and it was decided to operate them again.
- 29 posts have been increased in the new structure of UREDA.
- New rules of Personnel Vigilance Department were made.
- Amendments were made in the Senior Rules.
- The state government will itself operate Naini Saini Airport.
- Cabinet approves giving 212.4 hectares of land to Airport Authority for Pantnagar Airport.
- Financial rules for House of Himalayas under Rural Development Department have been approved.
- If any trust is formed in the name of major temples including Chardham, then strict provisions will be made to regulate it. Centre for Hindu Studies will be started in any university. Its complete report will be prepared and placed before the cabinet.
- It was decided to give tenders up to Rs 5 lakh to local people in the state. Local contractors will be given training.
- The cabinet authorized the Chief Minister for the assembly session.
