While giving a statement on Shankaracharya Avimukteshwarananda, the BKTC president said that he is running the agenda of the Congress. After this, the Congress has become aggressive against Badrinath Kedarnath Temple Committee President Ajendra Ajay. Congress state president Karan Mahara has given a sharp reaction to the comment made by Ajendra Ajay on Shankaracharya.
Karan Mahara said that this is not the first case of insulting Shankaracharya by the BKTC president. Even before this, when Shankaracharya of Jyotish Peeth played the role of Guru during the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha in Ayodhya, many BJP workers compared him to Ravana. He raised the question that when Shankaracharya scolds Congress, does he still run the agenda of Congress. He said that it is the duty of the Guru to make any disciple realize his mistake if he is doing wrong. Shankaracharya, being a Guru, has been following the same religion.
Congress state president Karan Mahara said that when the consecration was done in the incomplete temple in Ayodhya, even then he had made him realize the same mistake. He had then said that the temple is the body of God and the peak is the head. It is not built yet and the Pran Pratishtha is being done. If the Guru shows the way to follow the path of religion, then BJP starts having stomachache. Mahara said that the BKTC President himself had written a letter to the Chief Secretary demanding to increase the security of 230 kg gold. Now when the opposition is continuously demanding an investigation in the gold plating case in Kedarnath, even then the investigation is not being conducted.
He says that in the system of Hinduism, the Guru has a place above those who rule. Therefore, the kind of statement the BKTC President has given for Shankaracharya, he should apologize for it. Along with this, he attacked the BJP government and said that even if the government does not order an investigation in the gold plating case, but the day the Congress government comes, Mother Nature and Bhole Baba will definitely do justice.
