The CM has directed the Religious Affairs Department to prepare a proposal soon and present it before the cabinet. There was anger in the saint community

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami had attended the Bhoomi Pujan of the Kedarnath temple to be built in Burari, Delhi. Which created a lot of ruckus. Shankaracharya had said that it is not right for CM Dhami and MLAs to be present in the Bhoomi Pujan program of the temple named Kedarnath Dham by a private trust. The government should consider it. A temple cannot be established anywhere in the name of Kedarnath Dham. If they want to establish a temple, then they can establish a temple by any other name. There is no objection to this. He has advised people not to do such an act while respecting public sentiments.
