Israeli PM Netanyahu roared in the US Parliament, gave a big proposal to deal with arch enemy Iran
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday launched a strong attack against Iran while addressing a joint session of the US Congress. Netanyahu proposed the formation of a regional alliance to counter Iran’s influence. Netanyahu has named it the Abraham Coalition. Netanyahu said, ‘I have a name for this alliance. I think we should call it the Abraham Coalition.’ He also thanked President Joe Biden as well as former President Donald Trump for initiating relations with Israel and other regional powers.
Netanyahu has become the first foreign leader to address a joint meeting of the US Senate and House of Representatives (House of Commons) for a record fourth time. He surpassed Winston Churchill, who was Britain’s Prime Minister during World War II, who addressed three times. In his address, Netanyahu thanked America. He said, ‘When we are defending ourselves on all fronts, I know that America is with us. And I thank you all for this.’
Iran called axis of terror
Netanyahu said in the address that Israel, the United States and the Arab world are in danger from Iran’s axis of terror. He said, ‘Our world is in turmoil. Iran’s axis of terror in the Middle East is clashing with America, Israel and our Arab friends. This is not a clash of civilizations. It is a clash between barbarism and civilization.’ The Israeli Prime Minister said, ‘America and Israel should stand together for the victory of the forces of civilization.’
Iran’s war with America, not Israel
Netanyahu claimed that most Americans support Israel. Netanyahu said, ‘In fact, Iran is behind all the terrorism, all the turmoil, chaos and all the murders.’ It is America, the patron of Western civilization, which stands in the way of Iran’s insane plans to impose radical Islam on the world. Netanyahu quoted a Hezbollah official as saying that ‘Israel is only a tool for Iran. The real war is with America.’
