Congress leaders in Uttarakhand will have to take permission before making statements, know why this decision was taken

Uttarakhand Pradesh Congress Committee has banned all leaders and spokespersons from giving press conferences or statements on sensitive issues. Congress state president Karan Mahara has issued a letter. In which it has been said that in future, before giving press conferences and statements on sensitive issues, permission of the state Congress Committee must be taken.
Let us tell you that some leaders and spokespersons organize press conferences without informing the state Congress Committee. Apart from this, party leaders are giving bytes to the media on serious issues. There are also such leaders of Congress, who also issue statements to the media by holding press conferences in their camp offices. Due to which sometimes the party gets embarrassed. Therefore, state president Karan Mahara issued a letter for the leaders doing so.
In the letter issued by Congress state president Karan Mahara, it has been said that it is necessary to take permission from PCC before giving any statement or organizing a press conference. In the letter, he has mentioned that it is often seen in the state Congress headquarters that press conferences are organized without informing the state Congress Committee, which does not seem appropriate. Therefore, it is expected from all the leaders and spokespersons that in future it is necessary to take permission from the State Congress Committee before giving press conferences and bytes on sensitive issues.
Actually, this step of Karan Mahara is also being considered as party discipline. Because, the party leaders were giving such statements to the media on many such serious issues. Due to which it was becoming difficult for the party to defend. They were giving statements deviating from the party line on many such topics like the gold plating case in Kedarnath, putting name plates in Kanwar Yatra, temple being built in Delhi by the name of Kedarnath, insult to Shankaracharya. Now Kedarnath Pratishtha Yatra is going to start from Haridwar from tomorrow under the leadership of Karan Mahara, so before that Mahara has written a letter and asked all the leaders to inform the PCC before giving bytes on serious matters.
