Uttarakhand: CM Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Kedarnath Dham, inspected the reconstruction work
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Kedarnath Dham today. On reaching the Dham, the Kedarnath Tirtha Purohit Samaj gave a grand welcome to the Chief Minister. During this, the Tirtha Purohit Samaj thanked CM Dhami on the cabinet’s decision not to build any temple and trust anywhere in the name of Kedarnath Dham. On reaching the Dham, the Chief Minister inspected the reconstruction works after worship.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Kedarnath Dham to have darshan of Baba Kedar, inspect the ongoing reconstruction work in the Dham and talk to the Tirtha Purohits. The Chief Minister was given a grand welcome by the Kedarnath Tirtha Purohit Samaj at the VIP helipad. During this, the officials of Kedarnath Tirtha Purohit Samaj welcomed the decision of the Uttarakhand government not to build any temple or trust anywhere in the name of Kedarnath Dham and thanked the Chief Minister. Chief Minister Dhami also inspected the ongoing reconstruction work in the Dham after worshiping Baba Kedar.
Also, while taking a meeting of the officials, he gave instructions to provide all the facilities to the pilgrims coming from the country and abroad in the Dham. The CM said that all the facilities should be taken care of for the devotees reaching the Dham. No devotee should face any problem. Also, the reconstruction work going on in the Dham should also be completed on time. He also instructed to remain alert in view of the monsoon season. On reaching the Dham, CM Dhami wished the devotees who reached the Dham for the month of Sawan and also accepted the greetings made by the devotees. During this, Garhwal Commissioner Vinay Shankar Pandey and Rudraprayag District Magistrate Dr. Saurabh Gaharwar were present.
