Uttarakhand: Congress’s “Kedarnath Dham Pratishtha Raksha Yatra” starts today, accuses BJP of using religion in hate politics
On the third day of the Kanwar fair, the Congress tried to corner the state government by taking out the Kedarnath Dham Pratishtha Raksha Yatra with drums in Haridwar. Congressmen from across the district, including former Chief Minister Harish Rawat, former Cabinet Minister Prasad Naithani, participated in this yatra led by state president Karan Mahara.
During this, while talking to the media, Congress state president Karan Mahara said that the BJP is using religion in the politics of hatred across the country. This yatra is being taken out to tell the common people the reality of the BJP. Whereas the Congress has always been in favor of unity, integrity and harmony in the country.
Said that the yatra is being taken out to bring out the real face of the BJP in the case of gold theft from the Kedarnath sanctum sanctorum by taking the blessings of Baba Kedarnath, Baba Bhairavnath and Maa Ganga. The BJP is doing the work of Shankaracharya. Whereas those who do politics should do the work of politics and leave the work of religion to the religious leaders.
Alleged that Kedarnath Dham is being used for commercialization. Baba Kedarnath will punish the BJP. Former Chief Minister Harish Rawat also accused the BJP of doing politics in the name of religion for its own selfish interests. Congress Metropolitan President Aman Garg, Rural District President Rajiv Chaudhary, Murali Manohar, Varun Baliyan etc. participated in the yatra.
