Uttarakhand: Nursing recruitment fake certificate case, case filed against an accused in Doiwala, CM had ordered investigation

After the discussions of getting permanent residence certificate by preparing fake documents in nursing recruitment, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has ordered an investigation. The effect of which is starting to show. A case has been registered against Firoz Khan, son of Salim Khan, resident of Jollygrant, Doiwala, in Doiwala Kotwali for getting permanent residence certificate through fake documents. Doiwala Sub-District Magistrate Aparna Dhoundiyal said that in the investigation, the permanent residence certificate of the accused was found to be fake, which has been canceled. Said that the matter is being investigated seriously.

Doiwala Kotwal Vinod Gusai said that the accused had made a fake permanent residence certificate from Tehsil Doiwala on 28 January 2023 by hiding the facts and tampering with the records. Revenue Sub Inspector Manju has lodged a complaint against the accused in Doiwala Kotwali and the permanent residence certificate made by the accused in the wrong way has been canceled by Tehsil Doiwala.

After cancelling the permanent residence certificate made by the accused for fraudulently and for taking unfair advantage, a case has been registered against him in Doiwala police station under sections 231/24, 420/467/468/471. Doiwala sub-district magistrate Aparna Dhoundiyal said that during investigation, the permanent residence certificate of the accused was found to be fake, which has been cancelled. She said that the documents are also being checked to ensure that there are no other fake certificates.
