Himachal PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh met CM Dhami, discussed a joint plan to deal with the disaster

Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department Minister Vikramaditya Singh reached Dehradun today. He met Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. During this, he put forward his point in front of CM Dhami on the construction of roads and work on new bridges in the border areas of both the states. The special thing is that during this time Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also spoke to Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu over the phone.

Discussion on damage after rain

Himachal Pradesh PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh discussed all the issues between Himachal and Uttarakhand and the damage caused after heavy rains. During this, it was decided that soon the Chief Ministers of both the states will meet among themselves and discuss various demands before the Center regarding disaster-like situations. The National Highway Authority will also be talked to in terms of various needs on the National Highway. Along with this, the proposal to be placed before the Center for help for disaster-like situations will also be discussed.

Relief work continues in Himachal

Himachal PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh said that efforts are being made to come out of the damage caused by continuous heavy rains in Himachal Pradesh. Work is also going on for rescue and relief operations. Along with this, the Chief Minister of Himachal has also talked to the Prime Minister in this regard and a demand has been placed before the central government for the help of NDRF. He said that he talked to CM Dhami about the construction and repair of many roads. Along with this, he also put forward his point in front of CM Dhami regarding the toll being imposed on the local people at some places.
