Uttarakhand / Champawat: Administration is learning lessons from Delhi accident, SDM inspected coaching institutes, created commotion

After the accident with the students in the coaching institute of Delhi recently, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami had instructed all the District Magistrates to inspect the coaching institutes and commercial establishments. In this sequence, on Saturday, SDM Lohaghat Rinku Bisht conducted a surprise inspection of the hotels and commercial establishments of the city. The raid by the administration created a stir.

SDM did a surprise inspection of commercial institutes and hotels

SDM Lohaghat Rinku Bisht said that under the instructions issued by the government, the basements of all the hotels and commercial institutions of the city were inspected today and emergency routes, fire extinguishers and electrical lines were checked to exit at the time of the incident accident so that people can come out in case of fire, water logging and accident and there is no loss of life.

A library was sealed

The SDM said that the owners of the establishments in which the deficiency has been found have been instructed to remove the deficiency as soon as possible. The SDM said that the administration will continue surprise inspections in the institutions. The investigation of all the coaching institutes and libraries of the city has been completed. A library has been closed as it was not found to be up to the standard. Along with this, notices have been sent to some coaching institutes.
