Uttarakhand: Roorkee BJP MLA Pradeep Batra’s sister accused her own brother of usurping the property

Roorkee BJP MLA Pradeep Batra’s sister and brother-in-law have made serious allegations of property usurpation against him. MLA’s sister Manju Kapoor told in a press conference in Roorkee that her brother is usurping her property. Along with this, he is harassing her by implicating her in false cases. MLA’s sister said that even after knocking the door of the court, she did not get justice.

Allegations of property usurpation against MLA

MLA Pradeep Batra’s sister and his brother-in-law Anil Kapoor have accused him of usurping his sister’s property by making fake documents. Anil Kapoor told that even after the court order, the local police is also not able to register a case against him due to the influence of the MLA. Sister and brother-in-law are wandering here and there demanding justice. But they are not able to find the way to justice yet.

Allegations of property usurpation by making fake documents

Anil Kapoor told that MLA Pradeep Batra has usurped his sister’s property by making fake documents secretly. Anil told that when he came to know about this, his wife Manju protested against it. On which the MLA started showing his power. Brother-in-law said that he has not only approached the local police but also the administration and the CM to demand justice. But the police is not registering a case against him under the influence of the MLA.
