Uttarakhand / Dehradun: 10 thousand customers are troubled due to BSNL’s internet speed drop

There is a problem of BSNL internet speed drop in the city and surrounding areas. About 10 thousand BSNL consumers are troubled by this. The problem is not being solved even after the complaints of the consumers. Local officials are calling it a fault from the Dehradun level.

In the city and other areas Gumanivala, Ambag displaced area, Shyampur, Gumanivala, Raiwala, Bhaniyawala, Thano, Bhogpur, Ranipokhari etc. consumers use BSNL internet. While working on the system for about three months, suddenly BSNL internet signals are disappearing. Consumers are getting troubled due to the speed drop happening every week. Internet used to stop working only after BSNL internet cable was cut, but now this problem has become common.
