Round of meetings continues in Congress
After the defeat in the Lok Sabha elections, on one hand the morale of the Congress workers was broken, on the other hand, after winning the by-election, the same energy has been seen in the Congress party. This is the reason that after the victory in the by-election, now the next mission of the Congress is the by-election in the body and Kedarnath assembly. For this, the party has started making election strategy.
Meetings are being held with the leaders in Delhi. Uttarakhand Congress in-charge and MP Shailaja Kumari is trying to strengthen the organization by uniting by meeting with the senior leaders of the state. After many meetings, an important meeting is going to be held with the Legislative Board of Uttarakhand in Delhi today. In which 20 MLAs, Congress state president Kan Mahara, leader of opposition Yashpal Arya, and many other leaders will be present.
Is there going to be a big change in the organization?
Putting a complete stop to the discussions of reshuffle in the organization, state spokesperson Sheeshpal Singh Bisht said that in-charge Kumari Shailaja is holding a meeting in Delhi for strengthening the organization and the upcoming elections. The upcoming civic elections, panchayat elections and by-elections are important for us and in view of this, all these meetings are being held. There is no change in the organization right now.
BJP also took a dig at Congress
After the discussions of reshuffle in the organization intensified in the political corridors, BJP also took a dig at Congress. BJP state spokesperson Kamlesh Raman has cited the internal strife in the party as the reason for this and also cited the altercation between the leaders during the Kedarnath Yatra as the reason for the meetings. He said that the party never works for the benefit of the public. The Congress party has never been able to work for the public even while in power and is unable to raise public issues even outside power.
