According to the news, the family of a minor has filed a case against Sarpanch’s son Naresh under POCSO Act at Dhod police station of Sikar. The family of the minor has accused Naresh Kumar of raping the minor several times by luring her through Facebook. Sadar police station of Sikar had detained three accused in the case of beating Sarpanch’s son Naresh. At present, the police is busy investigating both the cases.
Sarpanch’s son had registered a case of assault
It is worth mentioning that a case of Harsh village Sarpanch Rashmi Devi’s son Naresh being made to stand like a rooster and being beaten up had come to light on social media. In the viral video of the assault, about half a dozen youths are seen beating Sarpanch’s son Naresh and making him stand like a rooster. After the video went viral, the victim had also registered a case in Sadar police station against about half a dozen named miscreants for beating him, making him stand like a rooster and threatening to kill him if police action was taken.
