Accident happened near Palermo

Let us tell you that this accident happened when the 56-meter long luxury superyacht Bayesian was anchored off Porticello, east of Palermo. Italian authorities begin investigation

As the emergency response service continues on Monday, Italian authorities have begun investigating the incident. In early June, 59-year-old Mike Lynch was acquitted of all charges by a San Francisco court. In fact, he was accused of large-scale fraud in a case related to the sale of his software firm Autonomy to Hewlett-Packard. Mile Lynch was the co-founder of Autonomy in Cambridge in 1996.

US lawyers had leveled serious allegations

US lawyers had accused Mike Lynch of wire fraud and securities fraud and conspiracy to commit crimes related to years of falsified records. He was extradited from Britain to the US to stand trial on criminal charges. Lynch, a Cambridge University graduate from Suffolk in eastern England, had denied all the allegations and denied any wrongdoing. If Mike Lynch had been found guilty on all 17 charges, he could have faced two decades in prison.
