The case of kidnapping and molestation of a 13-year-old girl going to school in Champawat on Wednesday morning after making her inhale intoxicating substance is now gaining momentum. The traders say that the victim has said that four boys were involved in the incident. But they have not been arrested by the police yet. The agitated people warned the police that if the police does not disclose the case and arrest the accused within 24 hours, then a fierce protest will be organized. Minor student is being questioned

Lohaghat SHO Ashok Kumar says that the incident is being investigated seriously. He assured the people that the incident will be disclosed soon. Police investigation is going on in the case. Whoever is the accused will not be spared. According to sources, the police is interrogating a minor student in the case.

It is known that on the instructions of SP Champawat, three police teams including SOG under the leadership of CO Vandana Verma are engaged in revealing the incident. The police has come close to revealing the case. At the same time, seeing the anger of the people, a heavy police force was present in the police station. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, CO Vandana Verma reached Lohaghat police station and assured the agitated people that the accused would be arrested soon.
