Uttarakhand: Officers will visit various villages of Rudraprayag and hold meetings with villagers to listen to their problems
Under the Government Janta Ke Dwar program, the roster of district level officers for the month of September has been issued under the direction of District Magistrate Saurabh Gaharwar. On this occasion, district level officers will conduct a field inspection of the villages allotted to them as well as organize a meeting with the villagers and listen to the problems of the villagers and resolve them with the concerned departments.

Chief Development Officer Dr. GS Khati has informed about the above intention that according to the prescribed roster issued under the direction of the District Magistrate, Deputy Forest Conservator Kalyani will hold a meeting with the villagers in Village Panchayat Jayakandi of Development Block Agastyamuni. Similarly, Additional District Magistrate Shyam Singh Rana will conduct a field inspection of Village Panchayat Sari, Project Director Vimal Kumar will conduct a meeting with the villagers after conducting a field inspection of Sun village.
Officers will listen to problems by meeting with the villagers
He informed that Chief Education Officer Pramod Kumar Bisht will hold a meeting with the villagers in Village Panchayat Dharkot of Development Block Jakholi, Deputy District Magistrate Jakholi Bhagat Singh Phonia Gaithana, Deputy District Magistrate Ukhimath Anil Kumar Shukla will hold a meeting with the villagers in Village Panchayat Paling of Development Block Ukhimath.
He informed that Deputy District Magistrate Rudraprayag Ashish Chandra Ghildiyal will inspect village panchayat Bina of Agastyamuni development block, District Tourism Officer Rahul Chaubey Chingwad Tehsildar Jakholi village Taila, District Information Officer in charge will inspect village panchayat Gandhari and hold a meeting with the villagers.
Physical on-site inspection of Gram Panchayats should be done
Let us tell you that all the officers have been instructed to do physical on-site inspection of the Gram Panchayats related to them and provide a report while monitoring the works related to water conservation and water enrichment. Along with this, all the officers have also been instructed to provide an updated report of the tour done by them.
