Uttarakhand: Lalkuan BJP leader rape case, accused Mukesh Bora’s property will be confiscated, notice has been pasted after publicity
The troubles of the Milk Union President Mukesh Bora, accused under Section 376 and POCSO Act in the case of raping a woman and molesting her daughter, are increasing continuously. After the non-bailable warrant was issued against Mukesh Bora by the POCSO court, the police is continuously raiding to arrest him. The police has tightened the noose on absconding Mukesh Bora. The police is now preparing to confiscate Bora’s property. On the orders of the court, the police has pasted a notice under Section 82 and made a public announcement.
Police Circle Officer Nitin Lohani said that five police teams are engaged in arresting Mukesh Bora. Mukesh Bora’s close ones are also being questioned. He will be arrested soon. A notice has been pasted and a public announcement has been made under Section 82. In case he does not surrender to the police, action will be taken to confiscate the property on the orders of the court.
It is noteworthy that on September 1, a woman living under Lalkuan police station area had filed a case against the president of the milk union for sexually exploiting her for three years in the name of making the job permanent and molesting her 12-year-old daughter. Lalkuan Kotwali police has registered a case against Bora under Section 376 and POCSO Act. Apart from this, a case has been registered against Mukesh Bora’s driver Kamal Belwal under Section 506. Police Circle Officer Nitin Lohani said that after getting permission from the court, action will be taken to confiscate the property.
