District Magistrate Savin Bansal has started cracking down on departments that are negligent in their responsibilities as soon as he took charge. In this sequence, today DM Savin Bansal inspected the Sadar Tehsil office and saw the attendance register. During the inspection, he issued an order to deduct one day’s salary of the employees who did not reach on time and to transfer WBN and AWBN for sluggish functioning.

Suspension action will be taken in case of negligence

District Magistrate Savin Bansal, while taking information about the updated status of recovery cases, directed to increase recovery and recover from defaulters of more than 10 lakhs within 1 month. Along with this, the DM warned the officers of suspension action if they are negligent in this work. At the same time, the District Magistrate expressed strong displeasure over the dirt found on the stairs in the Tehsil premises and directed to impose a penalty on the contractor appointed for the cleaning system, on which the Municipal Corporation has imposed a penalty of Rs 1 lakh on the concerned contractor.

DM Savin Bansal got angry on Superintendent Engineer

At the same time, Savin Bansal reprimanded MDDA’s SE (Superintending Engineer) for the lift being out of order in the Tehsil premises. On which MDDA officials said that repair work is being done on the lift. The District Magistrate instructed to get the lift repaired within 1 month.

Advice to officers and employees to improve working system

District Magistrate Savin Bansal said that the old tehsil was inspected along with the officials of police, Municipal Corporation and MDDA. Instructions have been given to work towards making multi-level automatic and mechanized parking at this place. He said that by making parking in the old Tehsil premises, the market roads will remain jam-free. Along with this, the traffic system will improve. Advice has been given to the officers and employees to improve their working system and to resolve the problems of the common people sensitively.
